Nicole and Jonathan's wedding at The Retreat by Wedgewood Weddings in Corona was one of those days that just felt easy. Everything flowed naturally, and you could tell from the beginning that they were surrounded by people who genuinely love and support them.

The morning started with Nicole getting ready with her bridesmaids in matching pajamas. Between all the laughs, they surprised her with a photo album filled with memories, which made for such a sweet way to start the day.

Once we arrived at The Retreat, I photographed all of Nicole's details before checking in with Jon as he got ready with his Best Man. I always enjoy seeing both sides of the morning because everyone experiences the day a little differently.

Before the ceremony, Nicole shared a first look with her dad, followed by a first look with Jon. Those quiet moments together before everything officially begins are always some of my favorites to photograph. It gives couples a chance to slow down, take it all in, and actually spend a few minutes together before the excitement of the ceremony.

They had a big bridal party that brought so much energy to the day, and after the ceremony we moved right into family photos before sneaking away for portraits of just the two of them around the venue. Those are usually the only quiet moments couples get all day, and they're always worth making time for.

The celebration kicked off with a sparkler grand entrance into their first dance, followed by cake cutting and a packed dance floor for the rest of the night. It was the perfect ending to an incredible day.
